El Charro Authentic Mexican Restaurant in Republic

The food was good but the service was absent. I finally got up to ask for more chips, refill on drinks, and to-go boxes and found her sitting at a vacant table with another lady and they were both looking at their phones. Our waitress didn’t even get up, the other lady did. When I told her what I needed our waitress us the one who brought the things to the table. This experience almost makes me not want to go back. If so, I’ll go to another location.

I had been hungry for tamales, the tamales were excellent. Along with a enchilada, great food. Terrific service!

Very good service and accommodated well my party of 6 plus a service animal. Thought the food was good, however, about 30 minutes later 4 of us had incredible upset stomach. Was not pleasant.

Had a family lunch here for father's day. Everything was excellent.

Great authentic Mexican food and nice atmosphere

Customer service was ok. Was really excited for some good mexican food but everything was bland with no flavor. Hoping I just got them on an off night.

We hadn't been there in a long time. Service and food has gone down hill. We both order white sauce on our burritos. My husband had red sauce which he doesn't care for. I had a lot of lettuce and tomatoes all over to cover up NO white sauce, just dump spoon full of sour cream on lettuce. The chips , what ever they were fried in, taste like a chemical, not cooking oil We won't be back.

We called in advance and they said they could accommodate a big group of us of around, separated of course. We arrive and they said they wouldn't be able to. Manager was a big a$$.

Good food, good service, Beer is always cold. Great prices. Has a vegetarian menu as well.

Great food. Our favorite is the Panzone. Love those ! Chips and salsa are good. We order (pay a little extra) the white cheese for the chips. Yum. Great place, courteous waiters, as well.

Food was just OK, but I will never be back due to the incredibly rude staff and manager. I came in on a Sunday night with my wife and daughter and was shocked that a hospitality business could be staffed by such rude people.

We enjoy coming here with our out of state friends. They do not have white cheese sauce there and they love El Charros.

Consistent good food. Servers are pretty good and some of the quickest service in the industry. Great for someone who feels like not having to cook and wants something quick.

Never disappointed. Good food, excellent staff and quick service. They probably need to relocate their cash register. Too many people crossing in that area.

Good tasty food... Pretty authentic, nice wait staff... Attentive and prompt... Very clean... I would recommend it if you want to get away from American fast food and still be able to eat during lunch hour.

Good mexican style food reasonable prices

Our favorite place to go regularly. The food is amazing, staff is friendly and the prices are good.

Love the new way the place has been changed and the food is great as always.

Had to try it one more time, and really wish we hadn't. The beans tasted sour as if they had gone bad and the rest lacked flavor and better preparation.

The food was very good, but the service wasn't the kindest and the food took a little long which was weird because we were the only people there.

Had about 15 people with me in there the service was good the people were sweet but some of their party did not enjoy their dishes
